App of the Day provides a free (usually paid) app each day in the same way that the Amazon app store does, except you don’t need any other accounts and you install directly from the Play Store. I have only started using this, and over the last couple of days there have been some pretty decent apps being given out. Assuming the quality remains of a high level I will try and give a little review each day of what’s on offer. One thing to note however, because of the way the Play Store currently works developers are not allowed to make a paid app free, and then change it back to a paid app. This means that the apps on offer are special versions, or come with pro feature codes so if you wan’t to un-install any app but still be able to re-install it you will need to use backup software as after the promotional period it will be removed from the Play Store. I will also refrain from providing direct application links, so if you read about an app you like, install it via App of the Day and pay some kudos (if not your hard earned money).
