One of the downsides to using Linux is that a lot of companies don’t bother writing native apps, and instead focus on Windows and OSX (And quite often solely on Windows). As a community we don’t grumble and complain (well not too much). We instead do it the geek way, we either convert the app, run it in a virtualiser/emulation layer or go the whole hog and create our own version. EverPad takes the later approach and brings a native EverNote client to your Linux desktop and freeing your data from the web page. EverPad integrates with KDE, Gnome Shell and Unity (even supplying it’s own lens).
