On the One Plan there aren’t any restrictions on the all-you-can-eat data, this means you can use your smart phone when you like to do what you like without worrying too much. Users will only get there traffic managed is they are a disproportionately high data user, and when you are using date in a busy cell area between peak times of 6pm-12am. They don’t mention that users get throttled down to 75Kbps which is near dial up speed.
The one plan was created to offer all you can eat data which was literally limitless. Apparantly they are claiming that there are no restrictions or hidden ‘fair use’ policies on the amount of data you can use. So it would appear they have backtracked on this somewhat. The user who wrote the original post used 10GB over two months, what do you consider unlimited data/fair usage to be? Vote in the linked poll.
