Last week saw the android release of the hit game Temple Run. I have to say on downloading it I instantly found it to not be up to all the hype and excitement from android users it had already received. On my Samsung Galaxy S2 I found the game to be very glitchy almost to the annoying stage – when i swiped to jump, slide or turn quite often I found it didn’t do what I had asked. At first I put it down to me being awful and a failure but then several of my friends also said the same.
Sunday night there was an upgrade for this game which instantly showed a vast improvement although still not quite right. This week I have been testing the LG Prada 3.0 and have quite honestly become addicted to Temple Run as it runs so much smoother on there than the S2. As you’ll read in my review on this device out tomorrow the screen quality is very good but surely there shouldn’t be this room for improvement between the same application on a different device. I also got several people to test the same app on the same two devices mentioned and they all agreed something wasn’t quite right!
Feel free to comment and let me know you experience as will be interesting to see if it’s just me being useless or an actual problem!
