When we first saw this device at MWC this year the device was lacking a spot to put the S-Pen which makes the Galaxy Note, a Galaxy Note. The Galaxy Note 10.1 will come with the S-Pen just like the 5.3” phone did, and the new design of the tablet added a holder for the pen. This is good because the pen isn’t the cheapest stylus out there and now it won’t be lost as easily. Another interesting thing Samsung did to the S-Pen is they slimmed it down so it won’t be as bulky in the hand but if you do like the thickness to give the pen a more solid feeling you can buy an optional holder kit.
Samsung also added their Quad-Core exynos processor seen in the Samsung Galaxy S III. Smart move there from Samsung considering that technology is advancing and a dual-core tablet being released now wouldn’t be able to keep up with the Transformer line, and even the Iconia line from Acer.
