If you follow anyone from the technology world on twitter then you would have no doubt heard of the massive giveaway by industry insiders , reviewers , grade b distributors , scammers @wp-discovery.
The people behind this twitter ID appear to be giving away more tech than any other site that focuses on Microsoft, Nokia or HTC combined!
Sadly, like all things that seem “too good to be true” this is another of those.
Whilst I don’t want to write a huge post about this as there are others who have covered that part VERY well (Unleash the Phones & GEP13) I would like to raise awareness and ask you all to either unfollow them or at least not RT them.
It’s also worth pointing out that this vary same twitter account claims its giveaways are new and sealed yet it’s supposedly B-Ware or Review stock (all of which would be opened) and another point is that they claim to have given out 3 prizes via DM already yet they follow just 1 person, which for anyone who uses Twitter knows, you can’t DM without following (thanks @nibblemonkey and @jordo_id).
Anyway, enough about this, just be careful out there folks!
