Ausdroid have noticed on the Google IO app, there’s an exhibitor from a rather upbeat social-network named “Pinterest”. Pinterest is basically where you “pin” things you like or “interest” you.
Up until now the company has said
“We’re working on a dedicated Android app. We know lots of folks are eager to see one, so when we feel we’re in the final stages of its development, we’ll be sure to share more information.”
But, on the Google IO app, on their information it says “Now available for Android”, as in the screenshot so it seems they are nearly ready to “share more information”:
Both of the exhibitors are those who work on development, so I’m sure Android people there could help them if the app isn’t up-to-speed in terms of Holo and the rest of the Android things we expect these days.
Hopefully, it means Pintrest has another outlet for people to pin things and when possible, we’ll review it here on Land of Droid.
