The very popular Orange San Francisco or ZTE Blade, was a massive hit due to it’s openness to the Android developer community which turned it into something better than it ever would of been. Well, now the Orange San Francisco II is coming soon to orange with sadly similar specs again from ZTE and Orange keeping on their budget handset range with ZTE. It seems almost identical in most parts to the Orange Monte Carlo but in a smaller form factor.
Leaked and spotted and a possible slip by Orange the help and support pages on the Orange site showed this page – Orange San Francisco. It’ll also come with the usual built-in Orange apps. These include; App Store, Music Store, Wednesdays and Games.
The ZTE Crescent as it is originally known as and now being made into the OSF2 has the following known specifications for the Orange model as they sometimes often tend to be different to the ZTE branded model. The price is yet to be revealed, but with the original San Francisco still selling around the £100 mark and also the Monte Carlo just a tiny bit more, i think we can see another price ranged budget handset at that mark.

It has big boots to fill with that name, and now with the Monte Carlo out with a nice bigger screen, the original San Francisco cheaper no doubt and running 2.3 Gingerbread by aftermarket roms with so much support, will the second generation San Francisco live up to it’s first generation sibling.
